This newly built extension for the owner of Draper Studio architects had some very intricate sections on the lower roof section, weathering of the project needed to be carried out quickly and efficiently due to the exposed timber framing inside,

Our team worked tirelessly to complete the hand applied Prokol Monoseal waterproofing before the adverse weather rolled in.

needless to say the owner was very happy with the result, zero water ingress during install and the 35 year warranty.

This project was carried out for our returning client's at FBS ltd using Sikaplan Roofpro Single ply membrane, another detailed project completed in a single day by our highly trained installers meant the guy's at FBS could keep the momentum of the project moving at pace internally with no issues from water ingress.

Wellington Parade, Deal, Kent, CT14

Another newly built project by another returning client, here we fitted a fully adhered warm roof system with 18mm plywood factory bonded to PIR insulation, Prokol Monoseal waterproofing then fully tanks this terrace.

Decking on pedestals is to be installed with no worry for at least 35 years, great peace of mind given the harsh weather conditions for this coastal property.

The Pines, St Margaret's Bay, Dover CT15

This Memtec single ply membrane project was installed using a fully adhered warm roof system, given its elevated position on the coast close to the white cliffs of Dover wind uplift for the Solar panels was a major factor and at the forefront of our minds.

The only way to combat this issue was to use factory fabricated mechanically fixed brackets, factory bonded membrane is hot air welded to the completed roof once the brackets are fixed to the substrate, again peace of mind for the client and the solar installers.

A new residential warm roof construction, installed for energy efficiency and durability. With a bituminous foil-faced vapor barrier and 180mm tissue-faced PIR insulation, it offers excellent U-values. Finished with Prokol Monoseal liquid applied roofing membrane, this system ensures a weather-resistant seal, backed by a 35-year warranty for lasting quality.
